Daniel is such a good cashier and employee. Whenever we go to Family Fare in Elkhorn, we always look for the checkout aisle. He is so kind and polite and makes my day every time I go.
My family and I come to our local FamilyFare, which always has what we need when we need it. We can’t count on it. Thank you.
Amber was a very special cashier. She ran circles around the others and literally kept the store moving. It was 1:28 PM 04/08/25 at store #0645 in Bellaire, Mi. and she was kicking butt. She should be rewarded, and I’d be willing to help you do it! Maybe she’s a manager? I didn’t see her position.
Landen was very friendly and welcoming, which improved our shopping experience because of the friendly atmosphere!
I really appreciated Miranda in floral today. She was accommodating and made me the PERFECT bouquet I asked for.
It was fast, easy, and pleasant. Megan, my cashier, solicited help packing our rather large order. I was packed and paid, and the cart was packed and ready to go as soon as I could.
The code from my receipt says that it is wrong on your website. You will likely never get a response from me again after this fiasco. I triple-checked the code, and what I input into the field was what was printed on the receipt.
Not providing drive-up service to have our groceries loaded in our car is a significant problem. If it is available, it has never been mentioned to us at check-out. It is the main reason we shop at another store even though it’s further from our home.
I was disappointed that my Wednesday senior discount did not apply to my newspaper. I’m talking .17 cents. It used to be. I literally hate to be nickel-and-dimed. Don’t give us more reasons to leave for Walmart. Grocery is a tough business. You can do better than this. Mike Vance
I’m having trouble getting through to the survey. 18563640813 is in Spanish. English please.
Above the “Empezer” button, you have an option of “Click here for English.” Kindly, click on it.
I usually do self-checkout, but had Mary check out my groceries. She even asked if I had found everything. Marcus bagged my groceries just the way I do mine. I prefer to have all my produce, frozen items, and bakery products together. That is why I do self-checkout. Marcus loaded my bags just like I would have done! Much appreciated!!
Great experience! My daughter and I were running errands and stopped by Supermercado (store #3733), where we had the best experience. First, we wanted to go in because their mural on the backside was selfie-worthy! We went in to get fruit and had the nicest conversation with Kenneth and Brian. In all my grocery store shopping, which is 2-3 weeks, I haven’t had such helpful employees. I asked about their tortilla-making area, and they were generous in giving me a tour of the store. I rarely do reviews, but I wanted to give a massive shout out to these guys!!
Ps. The store felt clean and organised like a HyVee but with murals (inside too!) and engaging employees.
I was unable to complete the task because they kept saying I was checking “highly dissatisfied,” which wasn’t true. I am satisfied with my local Family Fare in Grandville, MI, just for the record. They are great!
I use the self-checkouts at our store #3265. Judy is always there, ready to help with a smile and a pleasant conversation. Thank you, Judy!!
I really enjoy shopping at this store. Everyone is so lovely and friendly. From the man in produce, the front end and also the people at Starbucks. Always a pleasant experience.
As much as I enjoy shopping at our local Family Fare, I need to make two stops when I do. I get most of my groceries there, but I also need to stop at the gas station to buy milk since Family Fare’s milk expires within a day or two, and we don’t drink a gallon or two by the next day. I also went to buy a snack pack with cheese and beef sticks yesterday. I approached the cashier and, as I was putting it on the belt, I noticed that the items had expired two days ago. I told the cashier that they had expired, and she asked me if I still wanted them. “Ummm, NO?!” I don’t buy expired food. So, even though I do shop there and like it, it’s an inconvenience when it comes to dairy because I have to make a second stop.
Thank you.
